SUMMARY

Perform a variety of assignments, including: supporting online marketing efforts, developing written content, conducting marketing research, coordinating events, and developing our social media presence.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support to Corporate Marketing and all Business Streams
  • Participate on email campaigns, advertising campaigns, web text and company blog.
  • Assist in coordinating events to include, but not limited to marketing campaigns, webinars and tradeshows.
  • Develop and maintain social media to include, but not limited to FB, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, blog.
  • Support Marketing Research efforts including special research projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge, Skill, & Abilities

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in using social media (e.g. Facebook, Hubspot, Linked In, Twitter, blogging, etc.)
  • Experience with html or with Graphic Design.
  • Ability to work independently and with others in a fast-paced, open, and creative environment.
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, responsible, detail-oriented and have a positive attitude.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable with prospecting and calling outbound.

Education

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a 4 year degree program in marketing, journalism, PR, advertising, communications, or a related major.

Experience

  • 0 to 1 years of experience.
