Job Opening: Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator I (French-English) – Hybrid – Bedford, MA

$23–$27/hr | Long-Term Contract | Great Culture | Global Med Device Leader


We're working with a top-performing global manufacturer to identify a Customer Service Coordinator to support their Canada call center operations. This hybrid opportunity is based in Bedford, MA and offers a chance to join a stable, high-growth company with a collaborative, mission-driven team.


Position Highlights:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30AM–5PM | Hybrid (3 days in-office; 2 remote)
  • Rate: $23–$27/hr depending on experience
  • Location: Bedford, MA

Who We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years of customer service, call center, order management or international operations experience, preferably in regulated industries (medical device, diagnostics, biotech, manufacturing)
  • Fluent in French and English – must support Canadian operations
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel) skills; SAP ERP and CRM/ATS experience preferred
  • Proactive communicator comfortable with phone/video calls and email
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Associates required)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Process and track customer orders and inquiries via phone/email/task system
  • Act as first point of contact for product inquiries, issues, and order status updates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, sales, legal, HR, and technical support
  • Resolve billing, shipping, and credit discrepancies with professionalism
  • Coordinate product returns, replacements, and lot-specific shipments
  • Prepare quotes, update customer account details, and document key interactions
