OP Corporate Bank has been operating in Lithuania for 13 years, offers services to business customers and focuses on large companies. The banks portfolio stands at 1.7 billion, making it the fourth-largest corporate bank in Lithuania.
Currently OP Corporate Bank is looking for Middle Office Specialist to join Finance and Administration team in Vilnius.
Middle Office Specialist will be processing financial operations for corporate customers and other related duties in OP Corporate Bank plc Lithuanian Branch.
MIDDLE OFFICE SPECIALIST
The Role
- Credit facilities processing agreement and other supportive documentation preparation, signing and administrating, collecting and checking related information
- Customer service, maintaining customer files, answering queries
- Financial products (leasing and guarantees) limits administration
- Data entry to systems, updating and follow up, ensuring data quality
- Internal and external reporting
- Participating in system and processes development projects
The Person
- University degree in economics, finance or law
- Previous experience with credit products in a bank or other financial institution
- Understanding of financing processes risks and controls
- Accuracy and high sense of responsibility
- Good communication and co-operation skills
- Good in English and Lithuanian languages, both written and spoken
