Job Summary

This position supports the customer service team with daily administrative and customer-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment. The role focuses heavily on email communication, order processing, quoting, and coordination across internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotes using contract, book, and special pricing
  • Enter customer orders, manage order changes, and maintain schedules
  • Monitor and process expedite requests in coordination with the planning team
  • Ensure all orders and processes meet quality and accuracy standards
  • Serve as a point of contact between customers and internal teams to support smooth communication
  • Address customer inquiries and issues efficiently, escalating concerns when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in written and verbal communication
  • Perform additional administrative and customer service tasks as assigned


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or administrative support
  • Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage high email volume and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management, follow-through, and sense of urgency
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong wo
