Job Summary
This position supports the customer service team with daily administrative and customer-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment. The role focuses heavily on email communication, order processing, quoting, and coordination across internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotes using contract, book, and special pricing
- Enter customer orders, manage order changes, and maintain schedules
- Monitor and process expedite requests in coordination with the planning team
- Ensure all orders and processes meet quality and accuracy standards
- Serve as a point of contact between customers and internal teams to support smooth communication
- Address customer inquiries and issues efficiently, escalating concerns when necessary
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in written and verbal communication
- Perform additional administrative and customer service tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or administrative support
- Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage high email volume and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management, follow-through, and sense of urgency
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong wo
