Role Description

We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and represent Green Stamp Insulation with our wide range of customers and prospects on the North Shore! In this role, you’ll be responsible for prospecting, generating leads, and closing sales while building relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners. You will actively seek new business opportunities, provide solutions to customer needs, and drive revenue growth. Qualifications

Sales & Business Development Experience – Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and close deals in a competitive market.

Industry Knowledge (Preferred) – Familiarity with insulation, roofing, or general construction is a plus.

CRM & Software Proficiency – Strong experience using CRM systems, estimating software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace to track sales activity and manage customer relationships.

Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to build rapport, present solutions effectively, and close sales with confidence.

Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.

Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to assess customer needs and provide value-added solutions.

Highly Organized – Ability to autonomously manage a pipeline of prospects, follow up consistently and maintain accurate records.

Customer-Focused – Passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – This role involves travel within the region to meet with clients and prospects.
