Shirtmasters – Screen Printing & Embroidery
Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about helping customers bring their ideas to life? Shirtmasters is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!
At Shirtmasters, we specialize in high-quality screen printing and embroidery for businesses, schools, sports teams, events, and more. We pride ourselves on excellent craftsmanship—and outstanding customer care.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers in-person, by phone, and via email
- Guide clients through product options, pricing, and order details
- Prepare quotes and enter orders accurately
- Coordinate with production to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism
- Help maintain a welcoming showroom environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Basic computer skills (experience with order entry systems is a plus)
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Previous customer service experience preferred
