Job Description

We are seeking a Seasonal, PT or FT Office Assistance to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions January through May. If you are organized, a self-starter, efficient and a "type A" please apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry to tax software
  • Manage client uploads to portal and to tax software
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Filing
  • Perform all other office tasks to support the Office Manager

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Efficient and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
