We are seeking a Seasonal, PT or FT Office Assistance to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions January through May. If you are organized, a self-starter, efficient and a "type A" please apply!
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry to tax software
- Manage client uploads to portal and to tax software
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Filing
- Perform all other office tasks to support the Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Efficient and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
