Summary:
Join our team as a Financial Analyst and help clients make data-driven financial decisions that fuel their success. We're looking for a candidate who's passionate about making an impact- someone who enjoys digging into accounting data, building trusted client relationships, and turning numbers into insights that drive meaningful progress.
Location: We're looking for local candidates to work out of our Wakefield, MA office 3 days/week.
Here's what you'll do:
- Act as a financial controller and trusted advisor for our clients- providing financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights.
- Prepare and present clear, insightful financial reports and forecasts for client leadership.
- Develop budgets and financial models aligned with clients' strategic goals.
- Monitor client's A/R, A/P, and general ledger transactions for accurate reporting.
- Analyze budget vs. actuals and explain key variances.
- Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to support the operations.
- Maintain accurate records and support external audits and 990 preparation.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and controls.
As our next Financial Analyst, you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or similar role.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or comparable accounting software.
- Intermediate Excel skills and comfort with financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The target hiring range for this role is $65,000-$80,000 USD (annually). The starting base salary will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors.
