Job DescriptionWe are looking for a meticulous HR Coordinator to join our team in Montpelier, Vermont. Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing emails, assisting walk-ins, scanning documents, filing records, and creating employee badges.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members, ensuring prompt and clear communication.
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards while handling sensitive information and performing daily tasks.
• Assist with HR-related functions such as onboarding and compliance, leveraging prior HR experience if applicable.
• Operate independently in a busy office environment while maintaining focus and efficiency.
• Ensure smooth coordination with team members and leadership to support ongoing HR initiatives.
• Maintain organized records and documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the HR team to meet organizational goals and deadlines.• Proven experience in administrative or HR-related roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic office environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees and management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in office technology, including email management and document scanning.
• Capacity to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team setting.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes, background checks, and HR compliance.
