Talent Development Partner
A growing, high-performance organization is introducing a new role dedicated to building a formal onboarding and continuous training framework for all employees. This position will lead the creation, design, and implementation of training programs within a Learning Management System based on its industry's standards and customized to internal needs. The ideal candidate is both a skilled instructional designer and an engaging trainee and bring energy, influence, and a hands-on approach to understanding field, manufacturing, and system processes.

Talent Development PartnerResponsibilities
- Build, design, and implement training content within the company’s LMS
- Customize and adapt existing Association curriculum to fit organizational needs
- Develop comprehensive onboarding programs for all new employees
- Observe field and plant operations to accurately translate work into training modules
- Create engaging digital training materials, including videos, photos, and step-by-step guides
- Deliver training sessions and support learners at all levels of the organization
- Champion a culture of learning, motivation, and professional growth across diverse teams

- Proven ability to create training programs for technical or operational environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to build rapport and effectively influence teams with diverse personalities
- Experience producing or editing training media such as videos, photos, or digital guides
- High energy, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn hands-on field and manufacturing processes
- Strong organizational and project management skills
