Job Description
Role: S/4HANA Service Management Lead
Location- Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Must have- Warranty Claim Management
Key Skills (Required):
- 10+ years of SAP experience, with 5+ years in SAP Service Management (CS, CRM Service, or S/4HANA Service).
- Strong expertise in S/4HANA Service configuration – Service Orders, Contracts, Notifications, and Installed Base.
- Hands-on experience in Warranty Claim Management – claim creation, validation, approval, and FI/CO/vendor claim integration.
- Proven experience in In-House Repair Management – repair order handling, logistics, cost estimation, and billing.
- Good understanding of Equipment Master, Serial Number, and Service Master Data.
- Integration experience with SD, MM, FI/CO, and Customer Experience modules (FSM/C4C preferred).
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps and S/4HANA service best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology, documentation, UAT, and training.
