Job DescriptionBrady Sullivan Properties is looking for just the right person to add to our accounting team as Cash Management Clerk. If you have a great desire to be successful in a fast paced, professional environment, this may be the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Maintaining accurate cash balances for multiple accounts
- Reconcile bank statements to the GL monthly for multiple accounts in a timely manner
- Prepare documentation & set up new accounts as needed
- Establish & maintain working relationships with multiple banks
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
Requirements:
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers
- Well organized
- Flexibility & willingness to undertake new tasks as the position evolves
- Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus
