Job DescriptionBrady Sullivan Properties is looking for just the right person to add to our accounting team as Cash Management Clerk. If you have a great desire to be successful in a fast paced, professional environment, this may be the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Maintaining accurate cash balances for multiple accounts
  • Reconcile bank statements to the GL monthly for multiple accounts in a timely manner
  • Prepare documentation & set up new accounts as needed
  • Establish & maintain working relationships with multiple banks
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
  • Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Aptitude for numbers
  • Well organized
  • Flexibility & willingness to undertake new tasks as the position evolves
  • Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus
