Recruiting Coordinator - Immediate needs for our industrial/manufacturing client in Wilmington, MA. Great growth opportunity - 6 month contract with potential to convert to a full time hire for the right person. $35/hr hourly rate
Must be onsite min 2-days per week.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or administrative support (experience with ATS preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including virtual and on-site logistics.
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and timely responses.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Post job openings across internal and external job boards and social media platforms.
- Partner with recruiters and HR staff to improve the candidate experience and streamline recruiting workflows.
- Prepare and send offer letters and coordinate background checks or onboarding tasks as needed.
- Maintain recruiting metrics, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven hiring decisions.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, or similar)
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Team-oriented mindset and customer service focus
