Job SummaryWe are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team! As an Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle customer questions. You will also be filing paperwork, making copies, faxing documents, posting on social media , helping sales keep call lists as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills. Must love cat!!! we have two office kitties Responsibilities
- Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
- Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
- help sales team keep lead lists
- Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
Qualifications
- Great customer service skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
