Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and benchmark salary structures to ensure competitive and equitable compensation across the organization.
• Develop and harmonize job descriptions and functions to align with company standards and industry practices.
• Establish specific salary bands and refresh job structures for consistency and clarity.
• Manage and coordinate benefits programs to meet employee needs effectively.
• Collaborate on the use of Paylocity for compensation and benefits tracking and reporting.
• Provide insights and recommendations for future system implementations related to compensation and benefits.
• Conduct benefits analysis to optimize offerings and improve employee satisfaction.
• Partner with HR teams to ensure seamless integration of compensation and benefits strategies.
• Proven experience in compensation and benefits analysis, coordination, and management.
• Familiarity with Paylocity or similar HR software systems.
• Strong knowledge of benchmarking methodologies and salary structure development.
• Expertise in benefits administration and employee satisfaction strategies.
• Ability to create and harmonize job descriptions and salary bands.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with HR and management teams.
