Position: Senior Salesperson - MSP/MSSP



Location: Remote/Hybrid (with travel to client sites and Iserv offices as needed)
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive base salary, uncapped commission structure, and generous incentives for acquiring new logo customers. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and flexible time off.



Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesperson to join our team as a foundational member of our expanding sales force. This role is designed for a seasoned professional from a similar MSP or IT services business who brings a strong network of customer relationships and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and acquire new logo customers by leveraging existing relationships and building new ones, focusing on businesses seeking reliable MSP services and innovative AI solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their unique IT challenges and align Iservs offerings to their needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a sales strategy that supports Iservs growth objectives, including market expansion and AI-driven service adoption, while contributing your own innovative ideas.
  • Service Promotion: Effectively communicate Iservs comprehensive service portfolio, including managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and emerging AI technologies, to drive client engagement and revenue.
  • Team Growth Contribution: Provide insights and leadership to help build and scale the sales team, mentoring future hires and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, particularly in AI and IT services, to position Iserv as a forward-thinking partner and anticipate client needs.
  • CRM Utilization: Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track client interactions, manage pipelines, and provide accurate sales forecasts.



Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of B2B sales experience in the MSP or IT services industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Established network of customer contacts in key industries, including but not limited to Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU), Manufacturing, Medical, finance, healthcare, and professional services. Candidates with experience in MDU, Manufacturing, and Medical sectors will be given preference.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of managed IT services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging AI technologies, with the ability to articulate their value to clients.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strategic and independent thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, close complex deals, and propose innovative solutions.
    • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
    • Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven to maximize earnings through a performance-based compensation structure.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
