What you’ll do:
As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be a key leader in our establishment, working closely with the General Manager to oversee all front-of-house operations. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and schedule a high-performing service team, ensuring our standards of excellence are met during every shift.
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily service, from seating arrangements to guest interactions, ensuring a flawless dining experience from start to finish.
- Guest Experience: Act as a visible and engaging presence on the floor, proactively addressing guest needs and resolving any issues with professionalism and grace.
- Mentorship: Lead, coach, and inspire your team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting career development.
- Administrative Support: Assist the General Manager with tasks such as managing labor costs and other administrative duties to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently.
