Our organization is actively seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to conduct a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions in Worcester, MA. This position qualifies for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians who can commit to 30 or more hours each week.

What We Seek
We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who are eager to make a positive impact and grow alongside us. We particularly welcome:

Providers willing to conduct 25 or more sessions weekly

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted LICSW license in Massachusetts

Must reside and hold a license in the state where services are rendered
Compensation
Compensation can reach up to $124,100, depending on the type and level of licensure, session volume, and available bonus opportunities.
