Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience in Genesys Cloud platform implementations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Phone System and Direct Routing configuration.
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) systems.
- Experience with SIP, QoS, VLANs, and cloud telephony solutions.
- Experience in M&A voice system integrations and migration strategies.
- Experience with contact center analytics, reporting, and E911 compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and deployment of Genesys Cloud platforms during M&A activities.
- Configure and optimize Genesys Cloud applications, routing, and WFM systems.
- Develop and implement complex call flow designs and routing strategies.
- Manage and integrate telephony solutions using SIP trunks and cloud infrastructure.
- Serve as backup support for Microsoft Teams Phone System configurations.
- Evaluate legacy contact center infrastructures and recommend migration strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration alignment.
