Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Bristol, New Hampshire. Responsibilities:

• Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Enhance employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an attractive workplace.
• Maintain organized documentation and records related to recruitment activities.• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and onboarding.
• Strong background in corporate recruiting with a focus on roles requiring attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment.
