Melrose Animal Clinic, a busy six-doctor AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital, is seeking a Part-Time Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk and customer care team.
This role is ideal for someone with customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced veterinary environment, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional service to pet owners.
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Answering high-volume phones and responding to client inquiries
- Scheduling veterinary appointments and managing calendars
- Greeting clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
- Processing payments and handling money accurately
- Performing light cleaning and front-desk maintenance
- Utilizing veterinary software and computer systems
- Multitasking efficiently while maintaining a positive, friendly attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience required
- Veterinary receptionist or veterinary CSR experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy veterinary hospital setting
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
