Location: Derry, NH
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/wk)
Pay: $17/hour
ABOUT US:
We’re Beefy’s Own — a fast-growing, family-owned startup making waves with our old-school beef tallow-fried potato chips. People love our chips because they’re made the right way: by hand, in small batches, with care and quality ingredients.
We’re expanding quickly and looking for reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented team members to help us grow.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Team members rotate through different stations, so the work stays varied and engaging. You’ll get experience with every step of production and work alongside a solid, supportive crew. Our chip-making process includes:
- Prepping potatoes with semi-automated machinery
- Hand frying and seasoning the potato chips
- Operating our bagging and sealing machines
- Packing and palletizing orders
SCHEDULE:
We offer two weekday shifts (Monday–Friday):
- Morning Shift: 6am–2pm (TWO OPENINGS)
- Evening Shift: 1pm–9pm (TWO OPENINGS)
We’re looking for candidates who can commit to 35–40 hours/week.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Able to lift 35+ lbs over their shoulder and stand for extended periods of time
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Reliable and self-directed
- Experience in food prep, frying, or manufacturing is helpful—but not required
