Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary: $85,000
- 10% annual performance bonus

About the Role:
This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for a polished Floor Manager or Assistant General Manager from a high-end steakhouse who is ready for a step up. You will be the face of the restaurant, engaging with regulars and high rollers, remembering names, and building relationships to drive loyalty. You’ll oversee daily FOH operations while maintaining the highest standards of guest service, food quality, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the FOH team, ensuring flawless daily operations
- Serve as a highly visible leader, actively interacting with guests on the floor
- Build lasting guest relationships through personalized, high-touch service
- Collaborate with a well-established BOH team and solid systems already in place
- Manage budgets, schedules, inventory, and compliance with health/safety standards
- Drive team development, training, and mentorship
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a fine dining, high-end steakhouse environment
- Proven FOH leadership background (AGM or strong Floor Manager ready for GM role)
- Excellent communication, guest engagement, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, hands-on, “old-school” approach to hospitality and service
- Ability to oversee a large team and maintain high service standards
