Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of data-driven solutions to address business challenges
- Apply advanced machine learning techniques to develop predictive models
- Manage multiple data science initiatives aligned with business priorities
- Build and optimize data pipelines, collaborating with engineering teams across cloud environments
- Mentor team members on best practices in modelling and data management
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and clearly communicate findings
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and ethical use across projects
What we're looking for?
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake
- Strong experience in data engineering, analytics, and machine learning
- Expertise with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and database technologies
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data quality tools
- Solid understanding of statistical and analytical methods for business insights
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
