Successful candidate will be hardworking, motivated, self-starter with a great personality and ability to manage time well, even if working independently, but also work as part of a collaborative team.

  • Embodies our Core Values at all times as described in the Employee Manual
  • Monitor guest sobriety and intervene. Spot signs of intoxication or impairment, slow or refuse service, offer water or food, and notify the Manager on DutyBatching cocktails to ensure quicker service
  • Verify legal service every time. Check IDs per New Hampshire law and LaBelle policy
  • Trained to open and close Tasting Room Bar and Snack Shack Bar properly
  • Keep bar stocked at pars for quicker service
  • Batch cocktails for speed and consistency. Follow approved recipes, label with prep date and time
  • Assisting in hot drink services (hot chocolate & hot cider)
  • Cash management and Toast POS knowledge. Know where all our various LaBelle Lights items are located and how to rung in correctly
  • Count your bank at start and close and report any shortage or overage to the Manager on Duty.
  • Greet Guests with a smile
  • Respond to guest questions
  • Maintain a high level of customer service
  • Learn and adapt to all necessary operations with Toast POS system
  • Make recommendations for guests
  • Assist and direct guests during their walk
  • Observe and report any issues along the guided light path
  • Maintain a visible presence on the Lights walk, and various stationary positions throughout the course.
  • Identify and report all safety hazards to Manager on Duty
  • Identify and report any misconduct to Manager on Duty
  • Engaging guests to enforce LaBelle policies, regulations, and guidelines to ensure safety
  • Properly using radios to communicate with counterparts, supervisors, and managers
  • Cleaning and restocking of all LaBelle Lights spaces.
  • Serve hot and cold beverages
  • Use traffic markers to help direct drivers into parking spots
  • Understanding and complying with LaBelle guidelines, departmental SOPs, and General Orders
  • Other tasks assigned

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk/stand for long periods; for an entire shift
  • Ability to lift up 50lbs occasionally
  • Ability to work in a food/wine environment
  • Ability to climb stairs
  • Bending at waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, crouching as job may require
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures

Part time; $17.00 per hour, must work nights and weekends, Tuesday-Sunday , 6-8 hour shift.

*Disclaimer* This is an outdoor event during Winter time. Staff will be expected to be at work on time no matter the weather conditions. Unless the event is cancelled by Owner or Manager on Duty, we will be open for normal business hours. Reliable transportation is a must, and we live in New England so prepare for the elements. Appropriate outdoor apparel should be brought each day for outdoor and indoor weather conditions.
