Delivery Technician - Warehouse

· $20/Hour to Start

· Manchester, NH

· First Shift, 7:30am – 4pm

· Monday – Friday

Duties:

· Loads and secures machines into delivery truck for safe transport.

· Inspects paperwork to confirm addresses for deliveries, accessories requested, and any special customer notes.

· Ensures that the delivery truck is clean and in good operating condition at all times.

· Notifies Manager of any broken or non-operating equipment.

· Tests equipment prior to delivery and then properly wraps equipment and stores, if necessary.

· Sets equipment up according to Manufacturer or BDT Standards.

· Unloading and unpackaging of equipment.

· Keeps warehouse area organized and clean at all times.

· Ensures that equipment is properly tagged (Setups, In Shop Work, Loaners) in Red Room.

· Any returned equipment is to be properly tagged and supporting documentation provided.

· Performs unpackaging, review, matching of packing slips to physical counts, provides notice of discrepancies.

· Pulls & stages items for local delivery orders.

· Pulls items, packages, and processes for UPS/third party shipment

· Performs local supply deliveries and pick-up duties to external customers and any internal demands and performs processing duties.

· Participates in snow removal from company vehicles and ensures cleared and safe walk-ways and entrances to and from building during winter months.

· Accurately completes all documentation at time of action, electronic or hard paperwork, such as but not limited to work orders, set-up sheets, delivery forms, sales orders, etc. and returns daily.

Requirements:

· Active DOT Card

· Must be 21 years of age

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Strong Customer Service Skills

· Proven detail orientation

· Good recent driving history

· Must be able to pass a county level background check
