We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst Level 3 to join a company we are working with. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a focus on improving organizational decision-making and performance. This role requires someone with keen attention to detail who can manage complex financial data and deliver actionable insights. This role is looking for someone with a minimum of 2+ years experience.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed cash flow analyses to ensure efficient allocation of financial resources.
• Develop and maintain accurate budgeting and forecasting models to support business planning.
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies, providing recommendations for resolution.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of cash flow management and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with accounting software systems and data management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field REQUIRED
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
