We are seeking a Senior Account Executive who has "been there and done that" in the SaaS, CCaaS, or Telecom space. You aren't looking for a training ground; you are looking for a vehicle to deliver high-value, transformative solutions to the network you have spent your career building.
This role requires a unique hybrid of skills: You possess the technical autonomy to scope a complex Voice AI opportunity independently, and the executive presence to guide C-Level leaders through a digital transformation.
Who You Are (The Senior Hybrid)
- You Have a "Rolodex": You have spent years selling into the Mid-Market or Enterprise space. You have existing relationships with decision-makers (Ops Leaders, IT Directors, CX VPs) who trust your advice. You won't be starting from zero.
- You are the "Technical Captain": You dont need a Sales Engineer to hold your hand for the first three meetings. You can confidently whiteboard call flows, discuss API integrations for CRMs, and scope the necessary bandwidth requirements on your own. You leverage Engineering only for the final validation.
- You Sell Outcomes, Not Specs: You dont pitch "VoIP features." You pitch Business Continuity, Speed-to-Lead, and Operational Efficiency. You are a consultant first, a salesperson second.
What You Will Sell & Scope
1. The Transformation (Voice AI & Automation)
- High-Value Use Cases: You will identify opportunities within your network to deploy:
- Speed to Lead: AI agents that qualify inbound web leads in seconds.
- Appointment Setting: Automating scheduling for Healthcare/Service organizations via EMR/CRM integrations.
- Virtual Chief of Staff: Intelligent routing that replaces clunky phone trees.
- "Human-in-the-Loop": Designing workflows where AI handles the scale, and humans handle the nuance.
2. The Infrastructure (The Foundation)
- Connectivity & Security: You know that a Ferrari engine (AI) needs a race track. You will scope and sell the SD-WAN, Managed Fiber, and Cyber Security required to make the AI solution stable and secure.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage Your Network: Activate your existing relationships to generate immediate pipeline. You know who needs this technology and you know how to reach them.
- Technical Scoping & Discovery: Lead the architectural discussion. You act as the primary "Solution Architect" during the sales cycle, mapping out how our AI agents will integrate with their current tech stack.
- Executive Presentation: Translate complex technical capabilities into clear financial ROI for CFOs and Business Owners.
- Close Complex Deals: Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles, manage contract negotiations, and secure the win.
Requirements
- 5+ Years of SaaS/Technology Sales: Deep experience in CCaaS, UCaaS, AI, or Complex MSP Sales.
- Proven Network: You must demonstrate that you have an active network of potential buyers. We are looking for a "Rolodex" hire.
- Technical Independence: You must be comfortable diagramming workflows (Visio/LucidChart) and discussing integrations without immediate engineering support.
- Strategic Mindset: You are used to selling five and six-figure deals that involve organizational change, not just a software license.
