TESCO Staffing is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented EVS Supervisors to join our team at healthcare facilities inOrleans, Hyannis, Eastham, West Yarmouth, Falmouth, MA AREA.. If you have supervisory experience and take pride in maintaining clean and safe environments, we encourage you to apply!

Available Shifts:

(3:00pm - 11:30pm) – Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

Supervise the EVS team, ensuring cleaning and disinfecting standards are met across all assigned areas.
Ensure cleanliness and organization in public spaces, patient rooms, and restrooms, following infection control protocols.
Provide training, guidance, and support to the cleaning team.
Monitor team performance and provide continuous feedback.
Coordinate daily activities, including task assignments and time management for the team.
Ensure all cleaning supplies and materials are properly replenished.
Follow and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Perform regular inspections to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in supervision or leadership within EVS or cleaning services.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
Knowledge of cleaning practices and infection control procedures.
