Position Summary:
The Program Director is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the day treatment program. This includes supervising key leadership roles, ensuring clinical and operational excellence, aligning programs with organizational goals, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience: 3+ years in psychiatric, behavioral health, or related management role
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of behavioral health and clinical operations
- Familiarity with accreditation and regulatory standards
- Financial and strategic planning skills
- Effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of program operations
- Develop strategies for growth, service quality, and compliance
- Foster collaboration among executive and clinical teams
- Ensure financial health through sound decision-making and oversight
- Represent the organization to partners, vendors, and the community
- Promote continuous learning, innovation, and performance improvement
- Maintain a client-centered focus in all planning and delivery of services
Workplace Conditions & Tools:
- Environment: Climate-controlled with moderate to high risk for workplace hazards
- Equipment: Computer, telephone, fax, copier, EMR (Kipu)
- PPE: Use as required per universal precautions
