The Accounting & Operations Manager position reports directly to the president and is responsible for various accounting workflows, including order processing, AP/AR, financial reporting, and cash flow projections. Responsibilities also include various office management tasks. Strong customer facing communication skills are a plus.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
-Order entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable
-Issue vendor purchase orders
-Issue weekly cashflow planning report, monthly sales reports
-Assist the President with various administrative / office management tasks
-Customer facing communications: phone, video conferencing, email
Knowledge and Skills Required:
-Experience with accounting software (Sage preferred) is mandatory
-Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
-Demonstrable experience with
- Microsoft Word, Excel
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- Slack, Monday.com
-Strong communication skills
-Demonstrated ability to work independently
