Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Location: Onsite Boston, MA

What You'll Bring:


  • 23 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
  • Knowledgeable in Legal and Labor laws
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Reliable transportation (must drive and own a car)

Key Duties:


  • Calendar management & scheduling
  • Daily reports
  • Document drafting and editing
  • Travel and expense coordination
  • Supporting HR and executive teams
