The Role

As a Brand Ambassador with Core Strategies Solutions, you will:

  • Represent our client’s brand with integrity, professionalism and enthusiasm in retail and event settings.

  • Engage directly with customers to educate them, answer questions, build trust, and close sales.

  • Work collaboratively with campaign managers to meet or exceed sales objectives and KPIs.

  • Adapt to changing environments — from high-traffic store floors to energized event venues.

  • Provide feedback on customer interaction, trends, and campaign performance to help drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

You should bring:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you’re comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with diverse customers.

  • A positive, energetic attitude and a “go-get-em” mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced retail or event environments.

  • Flexibility in schedule — events may occur evenings, weekends and on-site.

  • Previous sales, customer-service, brand ambassador or event experience is an asset (but not strictly required)

  • High standards of professionalism, reliability and presentation.
