Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional support to clients by phone, email, and in person regarding policies, billing, and coverage questions
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the agency management system
- Build strong client relationships through proactive follow-ups and exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years office/customer service experience required.
- Property and Casualty license is preferred, but we are willing to pay for and help train to obtain the P&C license. This license is a requirement of this position within 12 months.
- Professional office experience preferred, Insurance experience a plus.
- Basic computer and technical skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed.
