We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support & Renewals Specialist to join our Inside Sales team. This role plays a critical part in supporting our sales channel by managing contract renewals, maintenance agreements, quote generation, order processing, and RFP coordination.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working across multiple departments, and skilled at balancing administrative precision with proactive customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Renewals & Maintenance
- Manage renewal cycles for existing customer contracts and maintenance agreements.
- Prepare and send renewal quotes, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify upsell or expansion opportunities.
Sales Support & Order Management
- Create and manage quotes in the CRM and quoting systems.
- Review and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Support Sales Representatives and Channel Partners with order submissions, pricing inquiries, and documentation.
RFP / Proposal Coordination
- Serve as the project manager for RFP and bid responses, coordinating input from Sales, Product Management, Legal, and Finance.
- Track deadlines, compile responses, and ensure all proposal materials are delivered accurately and on time.
- Maintain a central repository of RFP responses, templates, and standard company information.
Account Management Support
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to renewals, quotes, and orders.
- Maintain customer data accuracy in the CRM system.
- Provide reporting and pipeline visibility to Sales Management.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline quoting, order management, and renewal workflows.
- Assist in developing documentation and training materials for sales processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, renewals management, or RFP coordination.
- Experience with CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, CPQ platforms).
- Strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
