Advertising Customer
Relations Representative

The Valley News, a print and digital media company in the Upper
Valley, is looking for a customer relations representative to join

our advertising team. If you enjoy working with people, have a
positive attitude, can handle a faced paced office environment while
prioritizing deadlines, this is a great opportunity!

The successful candidate will be reliable, friendly, have a pleasant
phone manner and have a familiarity using Microsoft windows and
Microsoft office software.

Duties will include:

+ Respond to advertising inquiries via email, phone and in-person

+ Help maintain and grow our advertiser base

+ Layout of daily newspapers

» Assist customers in placing print advertising and obituaries

+ Discuss options and packages with customers to increase the
effectiveness of advertising

+ Have fun interacting with a great staff in a fast-paced

environment.

This position is a full-time Monday — Friday position at our West
Lebanon office with benefits that include: paid vacation, sick and
personal time, 401(k), medical, dental, life and voluntary insurances.
