Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, provide effective solutions that align with both customer satisfaction and company goals, and act as a key liaison between the company and client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage a large volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls in a fast-paced environment.

· Identify and implement solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.

· Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, including de-escalation when necessary.

· Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and website navigation.

· Process returns and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.

· Serve as the main point of contact between the company and assigned client accounts.

· Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored support and solutions.

· Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services based on customer needs.

· Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks and provide support where needed.

· Work closely with the Customer Service Lead to ensure all practices and sales culture standards are followed.

· Investigate and resolve open orders, invoice discrepancies, and billing issues.

· Assist A/R with researching accounts, mailing invoices and collecting payments

· Process returns and exchanges for customers

· Assist in training new hires

· Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

· Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

· Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
