The Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating the activities of staff psychiatrists, ensuring efficient operation of the Psychiatric Services Department. Related duties include, but are not limited to, coordinating schedules, making and rescheduling client appointments, screening phone calls, monitoring billing (transaction forms) for all services to ensure accuracy and completeness, and providing secretarial support as needed. Ideal candidate will have graduated from Business School with at least 2 years of office experience or 5 years of office experience.
