The organization acts as a central source for information and referral, as an advocate, collaborator, and catalyst, as a coordinator of services and care, as an educator, and as a provider of direct services.

We are currently hiring a Home Care Program Specialist. In this position, you would Provide support to Care Managers and Supervisors to ensure program health and integrity standards are met. The schedulefor this full-time position is Monday- Friday, 9-5, 34 hours/ week plus unpaid one hour lunch each day.
What do you need to be considered for this position?
Ability to collaborate, take initiative, provide/receive feedback.
Ability to communicate and work with the elderly and community resources serving the elderly population.
Excellent computer skills required. Ability to work independently and professionally.
