About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.
- Manage kitchen staff while chef is off and help train new staff.
- Monitor inventory levels as needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Implement and uphold health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular kitchen inspections and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Assist with organization of walk-in, and all kitchen spaces.
- Perform nightly kitchen checks to ensure all stations are shut down correctly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire a diverse team.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Passion for Italian cuisine and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
