NEO currently has need for two full-time and one part-time position available for a Job & Life Skills Coaches, in Manchester and Concord, NH. The physical demands required for this position includes standing or walking and assignments range from 2-4 hours at a time working on job sites, and 2-3 hours in homes or in community settings.
Job Summary: Assist and support clients in reaching their goals. Work within a team implementing goal-based programs, providing 1:1 on-site support service to assist clients achieve their personal goals. Staff are not required to do heavy lifting or bathroom assistance for our participants. Participate in company paid Reliance training program for human services to increase your skills and improve support services.
Qualifications: Working knowledge of Internet & MS Office for communication and case note writing, Human Service experience, strong work ethics and flexible availability. Experience working directly within disability related services required.
Travel: Use of personal vehicle with proper insurance required.
Salary: $18.00-19.00/hr. with monthly Mileage Reimbursement provided.

Education: High School Diploma/Equivalency required, Associates Degree in Human Services preferred.
