We’re currently looking for short-term support from a Contract Recruiter to help us tackle a massive order with 100s of placements up for grabs over the next few weeks. In this role, you will be conducting initial interviews with candidates over Zoom and then supporting them through the rest of the hiring process. We are looking for someone who can start immediately (ideally Wednesday, 7/16) and commit to doing at least 3 hours (ideally more) of interviews daily for the next 2-4 weeks.

Interviews are available in 1-hour blocks (3 interviews per hour)

No limit to how many blocks you can take or when you can take them during the day

Entry-level role, so the conversion rate on initial interviews is quite high

Hiring Process
You will be responsible for getting candidates through the following 4-step process below. You will control the next steps (application, survey, etc), so it’s common for candidates to receive an offer with hours of their Zoom interview.

Compensation

You earn $200 per placement that is retained from their start date through October 15th

Earning $2,000 - $6,000 per week is realistic if you’re a skilled recruiter, working full time hours, and able to learn and adapt quickly to a new process

You will get paid when we are paid by the client

We are not paid if a placement terminates prior to October 15th, so you won’t be either

We are on Net 30 payment terms with the client, so you should expect to get paid by December 1st
