POSITION: HR & Talent Operations Associate Healthcare Services
LOCATION: Manchester, NH (Onsite)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time | Onsite with Local Travel
Join a fast-growing healthcare support firm that is redefining HR as both an internal function and a value-added client service. We're looking for an experienced HR & Talent Operations Associate to lead core human resources processes and help shape outsourced HR services for healthcare clients.
This unique role blends traditional HR responsibilities (recruiting, onboarding, compliance) with strategic consulting. You will be working across internal teams and directly with clients to build scalable, high-impact HR solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead internal full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Maintain HR compliance and update internal policies and documentation
- Partner with department leaders to support employee relations and performance management
- Work with client organizations to deliver HR services such as recruiting, onboarding, and compliance audits
- Help design and scale client-facing HR programs with executive leadership
- Manage vendor and offshore coordination as it relates to HR operations
- Track and report on key HR and talent metrics
- Support business development by contributing to proposals and client onboarding
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in HR, talent operations, or recruiting
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Experience supporting or working with external clients is highly preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable creating systems from scratch
- Background in healthcare, healthcare support services, or professional
services is a plus
- Local candidates only (position requires onsite presence and occasional local travel)
Benefits Include:
- Base Salary: $75,000$85,000
