20 to 30 hours a week.
General office duties:
- Business correspondence
- Report creation
- Office equipment operation
- Filing best practices
- Organizing and maintaining office supplies
- Utilize accounting software to assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Acting as a personal assistant to the office manager or executive staff by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.
