Hype Tier is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Strategy Coordinator to support and implement strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth. This role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional planning efforts, analyzing campaign performance, and aligning marketing tactics with business goals. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for optimizing marketing impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the execution of multi-channel marketing strategies

  • Conduct research and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor insights

  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to evaluate campaign success

  • Collaborate with creative, content, and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives

  • Assist in developing strategic presentations and internal reports for senior leadership

  • Monitor timelines and budgets to ensure marketing projects are delivered efficiently

  • Participate in strategic brainstorming sessions and contribute actionable recommendations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, strategy, or project management

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and marketing analytics platforms is a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
