Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

Thoroughly examining all shipping paperwork, including bills of lading, invoices, and purchase orders, to verify their accuracy and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
Use Tracking systems to oversee the status of shipments, confirming they remain on schedule while promptly addressing and communicating any delays or complications that may occur.
Overseeing expenses linked to shipping and distribution processes along with maintaining monthly cost and breakdown.
Providing Purchase orders for all shipments.
As the organization expands, additional responsibilities will be assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year experience in a dynamic logistics position
Knowledge of shipping processes, freight operations, and related documentation
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Strong time management and multitask proficiency

Education and Experience:

· Any combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to graduation from high school or a GED

· At least One year in a fast-paced Logistics role.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

We also service areas outside of our current locations and we can ship or deliver nationwide within 24 hours.
