<li>Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or a willingness to learn all things auto parts.</li>
<li>Valid Driver's License with 5 years of acceptable driving history required</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and video use (Zoom/Teams).</li>
<li>Effective communication and written skills.</li>
<li>Must be flexible and able to operate in a team environment.</li>
<li>Able to diagnose problems, collect information, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and resolve a variety of operational issues ranging from ordinary to complex.</li>
<li>Able to Interpret and explain instructions.</li>
<li>Ability to respond rapidly and effectively to changing requirements on short notice. </li>
<li>Personal qualities of flexibility, integrity, and confidentiality. </li>
