 Qualifications 
<ul>
<li> A minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.</li>
<li> Proven experience with blueprint reading, electrical repair, problem-solving, and Allen Bradley control systems.</li>
<li> Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.</li>
<li> Valid state electrician license.</li>
<li> Proficiency in using electrical and hand tools (e.g., wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints.</li>
<li> Thorough knowledge of safety procedures, legal regulations, and guidelines.</li>
<li> Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.</li>
<li> Exceptional listening and communication skills.</li>
<li> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li> Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li> Physical ability to lift heavy objects, crawl, and stand for long periods.</li>
<li> Willingness to work overtime, on-call, and during evenings and weekends as needed.</li>

Our estimating team is responsible for calculating the costs of labor, materials &amp; equipment for commercial painting projects. As an estimator, you are responsible for preparing initial cost estimates for the required supplies and services, creating pricing schedules, developing bid proposals, and assessing the technical aspects of the project. You may also help with risk analysis assessments related to the project's costs. Our estimating team plays a significant role in the success of the company.
