Position Details ●Job Title: Assistant Teacher ●Schedule: Full-time or Part-time (Monday–Friday, day shifts only) ●Pay: $16.50–$18.50/hour, based on education and experience ●Location: Woodstock, VT About Rainbow Playschool Rainbow Playschool is a 4-star, state-accredited, community-owned nonprofit Preschool and Licensed Child Care Center with over 40 years of service to the Woodstock community and surrounding villages. We provide high-quality, play-based care for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years in a supportive, outdoor-focused environment. Our dedicated staff, family-led board, and creative curriculum foster a place where children and teachers can learn, grow, and thrive together. Duties What You’ll Do As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll support our Lead and Associate Teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging classroom that promotes children’s development through play, exploration, and guided learning.
