<li>Expectation to become a Certified Operator by obtaining a Grade 1 Wastewater License and Grade 2 Water License within two years, supported by training and development resources.</li>
<li>Candidates will undergo background screening and motor vehicle record checks as part of the hiring process. </li>

Preferred Qualifications:

<li>Technical or mechanical experience.</li>
<li>Computer skills and software proficiency are a plus.</li>

Physical Requirements:

<li>Climb stairs and/or ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and sit.</li>
<li>Regularly lift and carry materials weighing 10–25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Operate gasoline, diesel, or gas-powered equipment and hand tools.</li>
